Swensen's launches 3 "Swensen's 24" restaurants offering a variety of food choices and signature ice cream sundaes 24 hours everyday

SINGAPORE, 13 February 2008 - American restaurant chain, Swensen's has launched "Swensen's 24", a new concept in 3 of its existing 22 restaurants, offering a variety of its signature food items and sundaes 24 hours everyday. Available from 11th February 2008, the 3 restaurants are located exclusively in Changi Airport Terminal 2, Park Hotel Orchard, and Holland Village.

Swensen's 24 will provide more food options and convenience to diners every hour of the day. Swensen's recognizes the increasing trend of people dining out late at night and aims to cater to diners' evolving lifestyle habits. The 3 locations are also strategically chosen to cater to people in the East, West and Central areas. Diners can now enjoy a variety of sweet and savory dishes anytime throughout the day.

"We hope that Swensen's can become the new hallmark for dining late at night. Besides being available around the clock, we offer different varieties of local and Western fare, including our signature ice cream sundaes. Our diners can now easily get the best of our menus in those 3 restaurants." said Kevin Khoo, Director, Food Services Division, ABR Holdings. "For a start, we will have 3 Swensen's 24 restaurants in different areas and we will look into expanding the concept into other restaurants as well."

Swensen's 24 offers 2 different menus every day. From 11am to 11pm, diners can enjoy Swensen's main menu which was recently revamped in July 2007, offering an extensive selection of food, drinks and desserts. There are also many healthy and wholesome food choices certified by the Health Promotion Board (HPB), as well as selected Asian fare which includes items like Mee Goreng, Crabmeat Fried Rice and Curry Chicken (NEW). Available originally in Park Hotel Orchard, Swensen's introduces the Asian Fare into Swensen's 24 due to the overwhelming compliments they received on their Asian dishes.

From 11pm to 11am, Swensen's 24 continues to offer a wide variety of its signature items from the main menu. In addition, from 7am to 11am, diners can also enjoy daily breakfast from its breakfast selection of 14 different breakfast sets. Swensen's breakfast set meals are also served with fruit juice and tea or Gloria Jean's coffee to complete the experience.
