Swensen's Reinvents Singaporeans' Favourite Chilli Crab

Chilli Crabilicious dishes await you

SINGAPORE, 28 March 2008 - American restaurant chain, Swensen's has reinvented one of Singapore's most famous local dishes - the Chilli Crab! Love the crab and the chilli sauce but not the hassle of tackling the shell? Swensen's presents the Chilli Crabilicious dishes! Everyone can now look forward to the new creations by Swensen's chefs, with their signature 'Chilli Crab' sauce uniquely done with pasta, baked rice and grilled fish. The Chilli Crabilicious dishes are available from 1st to 30th April 2008, in all 22 Swensen's restaurants.

Each Chilli Crabilicious dish comes with a Soup-of-the-day and Mango Apple Fizz or coffee/ tea. The Chilli Crabilicious dishes includes:

Spicy Crab Pasta S$17.90
Turn on your spice meter with our chef's signature Chilli Crab sauce draped over a bed of spaghetti and crabsticks, served with Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab.

Flaming Crab Baked Rice S$15.90
Relish our Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab baked over savoury rice in chef's signature Chilli Crab sauce. An oven-baked dish not to be missed!

Fiery Crab Grilled Fish S$16.90
Tenderly grilled Fish Fillet served in our chef's signature Chilli Crab sauce completed with slices of garlic sourdough toast on the side.

Crab Croquettes S$5.30
Made from succulent crabmeat and creamy mashed potatoes served with mayo dip. Our Golden-fried Crab Croquettes are just the things to whet your appetite.

Soursop Glacier S$6.90
It's a refreshing treat with scoops of Soursop ice cream and Lime sherbet, topped with soursop puree, crunchy jackfruit chips and cubes of chewy nata de coco.
