Check Point Positioned in the Leaders Quadrant in Enterprise Network Firewalls Magic Quadrant

SINGAPORE, January 7, 2009 - Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that it has been positioned in the Leaders quadrant in Gartner's recent Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Network Firewalls (*November 21, 2008: Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Network Firewalls, by Greg Young and John Pescatore).
