Singapore, June 23, 2009 - With Elegance Chic and City Wear, ELLE Eyewear introduces two new collections including both sunglasses and optical frames. The collections are aimed at young, modern women between 25 and 49 years, who see eyewear as a key element of their personal style and outfit.
