Swensen's brings a Tinge of Asia to Mickey and Minnie Mouse and their fans

Swensen's New Signature Dish Features Singapore's Famous Chili Crab with a Twist

Singapore, November 11, 2009 - Swensen's brings Mickey and Minnie on a gourmet adventure tour around Asia. In this fictional tour of the two most loved fictional cartoon characters, Swensen's aims to allow its diners to enjoy a Mickey-themed dining experience while savoring some of the best loved dishes in Asia.

In conjunction with this special occasion, Swensen's launches a new signature dish, Chili Crab Soup in a bread bowl served with Soft Shell Crab. This is a playful twist of Singapore's famous chili crab by having the soup in the bread bowl, instead of serving bread for dipping into chili crab gravy. The thematic promotion will run from November 5 to December 31, 2009, at all 22 Swensen's restaurants island-wide.

Fried fish smothered in tangy Sweet and Sour Sauce baked over savory rice in Hong Kong style.
